So here's a few I've come across this week. I hope you agree that they're just terrific!
A Slice of Cherry Pie has a tantalizing recipe for Chicken and Chorizo Pasta. Julia, the author, is a self-taught cook who lives in Kent, England. (Not sure where that is, but it sounds all fancy schmanzy.) This gal is certainly right up my alley, because her previous post was for a Melting Brie and Bacon Sandwich. Now how did she know that Brie is my favorite cheese in the world? Her taste (apparently) is impeccable, her recipes are to-die-for, and her photography is absolutely gorgeous. Five thumbs up! Go Julia!
- Cooking with Amy just posted a deeeeeelish recipe from Oprah's personal chef for Mustard Roasted Potatoes. If you haven't tasted these yet, it's a must-must-do!
- Chocolate and Zucchini gives the secret recipes for one of my favs, Glace Coco du Placard -- Coconut Ice Cream to us simple folk. If you're not sure how to serve this, check out my earlier post on Grilled Pineapple with Coconut Gelato.
Cheers,
Chef Mom
